ARE YOU ALLOWED TO USE SOCIAL NETWORK AT WORK

Some companies block social networks altogether, arguing that they are a personal distraction to employees. There are some companies which are a little more forgiving and allow access to social networks during personal time or on personal devices like smartphones and tablets. 

Some companies allow full access, believing that their workers can make adult decisions about using their time and that procrastination-prone workers can always find a way to distract themselves even if they only have a box of paperclips to work with.
